na jaře jsem na základě Ufonova nápadu spustil na poddoméně wiki.doom5.cz českou Doom wiki, kam mohl kdokoli přidávat informace o české Doom scéně. Projekt se zprvu ujal a mnoho lidí vložilo informace o klanech, hráčích a scéně obecně.
Bohužel tyto systémy postavené na Mediawiki jsou snadno napadnutelné spamem a to se stalo i s českou Doom wiki. Jak přibývalo spamu, ubývalo normálních editací. Jelikož jsem ten systém neznal a cítil jsem se být spíše hostingem, než provozovatelem systému, urgoval jsem u Ufona, předal mu ftp účet atd. Bohužel bez reakce. Jednu dobu jsem wiki úplně odstavil.
Dnes mi ale došla trpělivost, nejdříve jsem to defakto hackl, pak jsem zkoušel na systém nahodit dvě různé captcha ochrany. Bohužel bez pozitivního výsledku (asi jsem strašná lama ;). Nakonec jsem musel zakázat úpravy pro nepřihlášené uživatele, což je vzorová ukázka rezignace. Zároveň jsem si zobrazil všechny stránky a cca ze 40ti odendal ručně spam.
Výsledkem je tedy očištěná plně funkční česká doom wiki. Doufám, že bude sloužit jako studna informací o české Doom scéně, budete ji dále upravovat i přes nutnost registrace a přihlášení. Česká Doom scéna je v evropském i světovém měřítku v mnohém unikátní a mít o ní co nejvíc informací na jednom místě je skvělé.
P.S. - nechci aby to zas tak vyznělo jako kritika Ufona. Možná ho něco zežralo, nebo si změnil e-mail.

Znovu jsem se pustil do mordování ochrany před spamem zvané reCAPTCHA a tentokrát jsem byl úspěšný. Nyní tedy opět mohou editovat databázi i neregistrovaní/nepřihlášení uživatelé, čili kdokoli, stačí aby dokázal před publikací změny opsat dvě slova ;).
