Vyšla nová verze skvělého portu Zdoom a to konkrétně verze 2.5.0. Jako už tradičně následoval po vydání nové verze release dalšího GZdoomu tentokrát verze 1.5.0.
Podle zdoom.org/ bylo hlavní motivací pro další verzi zlepšit práci s polyobjekty, které při tvaru jiném než konvexním měly problémy s vykreslováním. Také v nové verzi mohou přecházet přes sektory, může jich být více v jednom sektoru nebo mohou být dokonce do sebe vnořené (což je prakticky na nic, ale jde to ;)).
Další novinkou by měla být řada nových nastavení, která by měla přiblížit chování hry Vanilla doomu, což by mohli ocenit hlavně oldschool hráči.
